Battlegroups

A battlegroup is a collection of units from one nation organized into a fighting force. Each battlegroup is named after a historical division from the Second World War, such as the 3rd Canadian Infantry. In Steel Division: Normandy '44, players take command of one battlegroup, doing battle with AI or human opponents in command of their own battlegroups.

CharacteristicsEdit

Each battlegroup in Steel Division is defined by the number and type of units it can bring to battle, as well as how many Requisition Points are generated in each battle phase. Certain divisions favour large amounts of infantry, while others rely on expensive yet powerful tanks.
